September 14, 2013 - Update

Sunshine if off to her new home in the Camanche area.

She will have acreage to run and play on and a family to give her all the
love, attention and care a little girl could ask for.

Good luck in your new home Sunshine and stop by for a visit if you are in the area.

Sunshine

Little Miss Sunshine (I think she looks like Tootsie) comes to us from the kind folks at the Amador County Animal Control and Adoption Center.

Sunshine is 6 months old and looks like she could be a purebred Boxer. When she first arrived at the ranch she was a very wild little girl. Fortunately, she is a very smart and willing dog and she just loves to be with people and to practice her obedience.

Sunshine is great with other dogs and could play all day
long. She also loves to play in the large swimming pool
that is in her kennel. I have not met too many Boxers
that truly love the water so she may have something else
mixed in with the Boxer. Only Sunshine knows for sure
what her mom looked like and she is not telling us!

We have tested Sunshine with our house cats and she did very well. When she got a little pushy with our Savannah cat, she got a good smack on the nose and immediately left the cat alone!

Sunshine has already mastered most of her basic obedience and is a fun dog to work with.

If you would like to come out to meet this very cute little girl, please give us a call to come out to the ranch.
